Questions

What does the service call cost?

$89 during the day. It covers the trip and the full diagnosis, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair.

Do you really come out at night?

Yes. A tech is on call every night, weekend and holiday. After-hours visits add $75 to the service call and nothing else.

I smell gas. What should I do?

Leave the house first, then call the gas utility's emergency line from outside. Call us once they have made it safe.

Which areas do you cover?

Columbus and the suburbs within about 25 miles. Ask the dispatcher if you are not sure.

Is the work guaranteed?

Labor is guaranteed for one year. Parts carry the maker's warranty, written on your copy of the work order.

How can I pay?
