Can I wait while you work?: Yes, for inspections, oil changes and batteries. There is coffee and Wi-Fi in the front room.
Do you work on hybrids?: Yes, including brakes, cooling systems and 12-volt batteries on most hybrids. We do not repair high-voltage battery packs.
Is the work guaranteed?: Parts and labor are guaranteed for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Will it fail inspection?: If it does, we list each reason with a price. You can have us fix it or take the list elsewhere.
